We’ll ask lots of questions about the occasion, the date and venue, as well as your inspiration, to curate a personalised selection of dresses that suit your style and price point.

Our advice for the best bridesmaid shopping experience is to have every bridesmaid there together (in person or virtually). It makes for a collaborative, confident, and genuinely fun appointment where everyone’s input helps find dresses that the whole bridal party feels great in.
These gorgeous gowns for your mini maids are simply adorable! They can be ordered for ages 1-14, and in a range of colours to co-ordinate with your bridal party.
Please note, due to growth, we recommend appointments are booked no sooner that 6 months prior to your wedding date.

Every girl deserves to feel like the main character on her prom night. With a spectacular stock of over 100 gowns, meticulously curated to cater to various sizes, styles, and colours, our dresses are ready to be taken away on the day of your visit.

Our prom suite is located on our first floor, with narrow stairs to navigate. If you or your guests have accessibility needs, please let us know when booking so that we can accommodate this by using our ground-floor bridal suite.
For a bridal appointment, we advise booking 12-18 months ahead if you can. This allows for 6-9 month delivery time (designer dependent) plus time for alterations. But if your wedding’s coming up sooner, don’t worry. Many of our in-store gowns can be taken away on the day, and some designers offer priority production or quick turnaround stock.
For bridesmaid appointments, book once the bride has confirmed her dress and wedding theme, so styles and colours can be coordinated. Appointments are ideally at least 12 months before the wedding, as production typically takes around 20 weeks. We recommend all bridesmaids attend one appointment together, in person or virtually, for the best (and most fun!) experience.
For flower girl appointments, we recommend booking no sooner than 6 months before the wedding, as children’s sizing can change quickly.
For prom, most dresses can be taken away the same day, but we recommend booking early for the best choice of sizes and styles. We always honour our in-house exclusivity policy, which means we will never knowingly sell the same dress (in any colour) to another girl attending the same event. For more details about this policy, please speak to your prom stylist.

You can expect us to ask lots of questions to select a range of fabulous gowns for you to try on. We love hearing about your love story; your wedding date, venue and theme, and your inspiration (from social media, Pinterest searches or magazine reads).
The details are important to us. For example, a gown for a winter wedding in a Scottish castle is very different from a destination wedding dress, but our job is to guide you towards the right choice.
You’ll have exclusive use of our bridal floor for the duration of your appointment, so you can explore in total privacy. Once you’ve selected “the one,” we’ll get you measured and complete the ordering process. If time allows, we’ll also help you choose accessories to complete your bridal look. Most brides leave having chosen their dress, and their veil too.
You’ll get the same dedicated attention as our brides with a stylist to guide you through our bridesmaid, flower girl and prom collections, with plenty of styles to try on in your own private suite.
For prom, many of our dresses can be taken away with you on the day, so you can leave your appointment with your dress in hand. For flower girl dresses and bridesmaids, we’ll take measurements and place your order, keeping growth room in mind for the littlest maids.
We’ll ask about the wedding or event colours, theme and any coordinating styles so we can guide you towards dresses that suit perfectly.
We have a fabulous collection of dresses in our boutique. We have something to inspire everyone, from classic cuts and sultry silhouettes to Hollywood glamour and whimsical vintage styles. And we’re on top of all the bridal world trends, so we can share the most up-to-date insights with you.
Whether your criteria is ‘comfortable’, ‘flattering’ or ‘venue specific’ (or all three!) we have something for everyone. We offer a range of sizes to try on in store from 6-28 as well as different colours and styles. Our dresses range from £1000-3000.

For bridal appointments, we’re delighted to welcome you and up to three adult guests. You’ll want to think about taking those who know you really well, whose opinions you value, and who will be honest about whether you look good. Ultimately, you want your bridal party to help you make your decision. Most brides bring mum, best friend, sister, or Grandma. You don’t have to limit your wedding dress team to just the females in your life. If you would like to bring dad, he’s very welcome.
For bridesmaid appointments, the bride is welcome to join and help guide the choice. For flower girl appointments, we ask that a parent or guardian attends with the child, and we’d suggest keeping additional guests to a minimum given space in the suite.
For prom appointments, we’re delighted to welcome you and up to two adult guests.

For all our appointments, we suggest you bring an open mind and be ready to relax into the process!
We have a 4-inch standing platform to support with measuring gowns, but if there is a particular heel height you think you’d like to wear you can bring them to help check the length of the dress.
We recommend wearing nude, seamless underwear and a strapless bra if you’ve recently been fitted for one, but your own underwear will suffice. The dresses you try on are in pristine condition. As such, we ask that you apply only light (or no) makeup and do not wear fake tan to let these stunning gowns shine in all their glory.
Our brides typically spend an hour to an hour and half with us selecting their gown and completing the order process.
Our bridesmaid and prom dress shopping experiences typically last around one hour.
Our flower girl appointments will vary, depending on the attention span of the littlest maids of the bridal party, but are usually 30 – 45 minutes.
With our weekday appointments, our boutique guests have the luxury of time. Our premium appointment slots on a Saturday are in high demand, but we will never rush you, and we’ll be there for you until you say “I do”.
Once we’ve completed the measuring and order process, we typically ask for a 50% payment for bridal and bridesmaid dresses, with the remaining balance due when you collect your dress. We understand every budget is different, so we’re happy to discuss payment plans.
Flower girl dresses are paid in full at the time of ordering. For prom, with such a wide range of stock available, most dresses are paid for and taken away on the same day.
You can sit back and relax! Your dress order is secured with the designer as soon as you make that initial payment.
Production times vary from designer to designer but gowns typically take 6-9 months to be made. Once your dress arrives into the boutique, we invite you in for a collection appointment. At this appointment, you will try on your dress and any accessories you ordered before you take your dress home. For brides, if you didn’t choose a veil and accessories at your initial appointment, you can certainly do this at this time.
We work with a number of local seamstresses who can support you with any alterations.
We also provide care advice for your wedding dress ahead of your big day. We can steam and press your dress for you too on the day before your wedding.
At Midnight Elegance, we love the exotic nature of destination weddings. Our brides will benefit from our travel packing service free of charge when they purchase their wedding dress travel box from the boutique.
We offer a cleaning and dress preservation service for after your special day. Brides who have purchased their gowns from Midnight Elegance can benefit from our cleaning and preservation boxing at a special reduced rate.
