You should book a bridal appointment when the time is right for you and you’re in the right frame of mind to select your perfect wedding gown. It’s also important that you have your date and venue in place as this can dictate your style.

If you have the luxury of time, we advise you book 12-18 months ahead of your special day. This allows you for 6-9 month delivery time (designer dependent) as well as time to get any alterations done.

While planning a wedding 12+ months in advance is the norm these days, this isn’t the case for all brides. Booked to be married soon? We can still help you! You can take your precious purchase with you on the very day you set eyes on it if you choose one of the dresses we have in store. There are also some designers with priority production options and some who have stock we can order in quickly for you.

We strive to provide an exceptional bridal shopping experience tailored to your needs. We offer complimentary bridal appointments during weekdays to ensure your comfort and convenience. However, to maintain our high standards of service and personalised attention during peak times, there is a nominal fee of £25 for appointments on Saturdays and Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

This fee aligns with other luxury bridal shops in the area and allows us to dedicate our undivided attention to you during these popular time slots. We believe it’s essential to create an environment where you can explore our collections with ease and receive the assistance you deserve.

You will have a dedicated stylist who will curate a personalised selection of wedding gowns to suit your style and price point.

A gown for a winter wedding in a Scottish castle is very different from a destination wedding dress, but our job is to guide you towards the right choice.

You can expect us to ask lots of questions to select a range of fabulous gowns for you to try on. We love hearing about your love story; your wedding date, venue and theme, and your inspiration (from social media, Pinterest searches or magazine reads).

You will have exclusive use of our bridal floor for the duration of your appointment to ensure privacy. Once you’ve selected “the one”, we’ll get you measured and complete the ordering process. If time permits at your appointment we’ll get support you with choosing accessories to polish your bridal look. Most brides leave our boutique having selected their dress and their veil too.

We have a fabulous collection of dresses in our boutique. With stock from modern designers such as Justin Alexander, Kenneth Winston and Morilee, we’re delighted to be the only northeast stockist of the utterly incredible Allure Bridals flagship collection.

We have something to inspire everyone, from classic cuts and sultry silhouettes to Hollywood glamour and whimsical vintage styles. And we’re on top of all the bridal world trends so we can share the most up-to-date insights with you.

Whether your criteria is ‘comfortable’, ‘flattering’ or ‘venue specific’ (or all three!) we have something for everyone. We offer a range of sizes to try on in store from 6-28 as well as different colours and styles. Our dresses range from £1000-3000.

We’re delighted to welcome you and up to three adult guests. You’ll want to think about taking those who know you really well, whose opinions you value, and who will be honest about whether you look good. Ultimately you want your bride dress shopping ‘tribe’ to help you make your decision. Most brides bring mum, best friend, sister, or Grandma. You don’t have to limit your wedding dress team to just the females in your life. Want to bring dad along? He’s very welcome!
